Photography is so much more than getting the perfect shot. It’s getting to know each and every senior, making their personalities shine, documenting an important milestone, and best of all, celebrating female beauty.
What inspired me to become a photographer back in 2011? I don’t have many photos from my childhood, so I made it my mission as a mom to document my family’s life in pictures.
I was beyond thrilled to get the opportunity to shoot on Notre Dame Campus this fall. We had perfect Indiana weather. We couldn’t have asked for better. 🙂 I have been on Notre Dame in the past but this experience was amazing. I got to learn about how and where Emily and Jimmy met and even a little of their family history of the Notre Campus. As we walked around taking beautiful pictures they would tell me great stories about what they did on campus when they attended Notre Dame. At one point I suggested a particular location as we were approaching a beautiful building and Jimmy didn’t hesitated as he said NO. I said why that is so beautiful he proceeded to tell me that was where he mom and dad met and that would just be weird. We all know that feeling. We had a great laugh! That was too funny out of all the places on campus I picked the one spot that he had already had history with. I absolutely love our Indiana Fall’s the colors are just beautiful, See for yourself.
