Destination Photoshoot | Destination High School Senior Photographer | Northern Indiana Photographer

Back in July the KJP senior team took on Louisville Kentucky! We had 2 fun filled days planned of being adventurous in downtown Louisville and hiking! These girls that signed up were down for whatever I threw their way. Which is good, because we were still in a pandemic. When you are on a destination photoshoot everything can be new and there can be so many unknowns. We also lucked out both days because it didn’t rain.

Day 1 was spent downtown Louisville! I had a few locations that I knew I wanted to feature in their images. Some locations were just luck by walking around and being open! We walked around a lot that day. We ended day 1 on top of a parking garage that we totally got kicked out of! I’m not much of a rule breaker so I was so nervous. The security guard was really nice though and because of that she did let me take a few pictures of each girl!

Day 2: We were off to see Tioga Falls! I really wanted day 2 to be more about an experience. Yes, we would take pictures but the goal was to have fun because this experience isn’t something we can’t really do at home. I believe that was my first ever hike. It was kinda intense at some times but the view of the waterfall was 100% worth the hike.

We started each day with professional hair and makeup with Color in the Ville Makeup. They were awesome. I really enjoyed having they provide hair and makeup for the girls both days.
