Photography is so much more than getting the perfect shot. It’s getting to know each and every senior, making their personalities shine, documenting an important milestone, and best of all, celebrating female beauty.
What inspired me to become a photographer back in 2011? I don’t have many photos from my childhood, so I made it my mission as a mom to document my family’s life in pictures.
Summer is finally here!! A lot of my senior’s have epic Summer Bucket List’s! Don’t worry friends, you still have plenty of time to create your very own Summer Bucket List’s. I wanted to give you a head start, so I asked my current KJP Senior Team what is on their epic Summer Bucket List’s to give you some awesome idea’s!
Summer Bucket List idea’s provided from the KJP Senior Team
My advice would be to start with your top 3 ideas!
The images above are from the Urban Baddie Photoshoot we had last month! My track record for shooting in parking garages is not so great! This shoot was a success but we did have to make a quick exit once some young kids that were not with us decided to set off the fire alarm!
The girls had some fun with their outfits and added fun accessories that they really wouldn’t probably include in their senior experience. I’m really happy they took my creative direction and had fun with the shoot. I ended up also having fun with the editing and played with a few images creating stunning black and whites. I typically usually leave my images bold and colorful but some of these screamed for a black and white editing.
