Prom session’s are apart of the Model Team program this year. The Model Team was in the studio last month for their prom session portions. I was so happy that 4 out of  5 of my model team member choose that level. That meant I would be shooting a lot of pretty prom pictures that spring. The prom session’s kept me pretty busy this spring so I definitely will be doing these again next year! I choose to have prom session this spring because I hear so often that the girls would like to have professional pictures taken because they didn’t get any great photo’s in their dress or they didn’t realize they were all blurry. Our camera phones are great but they should not be replacing having professional pictures. OMG and then there is the boring outdated backdrop at the actual prom with the not so great lighting. You have spent hundreds on your dress, shoes, jewelry, nails, hair, makeup and you should invest in some quality photographs so that you can cherish them for a lifetime. A lot of girls really want me to shoot them and sometimes they are dying to get in front of camera before they are seniors so this is the perfect opportunity to do just that. 🙂

I asked a few of the girls why they wanted to have a prom session?

Morgan~ Being my first prom, I thought it was pretty important to get pictures with my first prom dress. And I’m so glad I got the opportunity to! When I saw the sneak peeks of the pictures, I absolutely loved them! It made me feel so fancy having amazing pictures in a beautiful dress. I would definitely recommend the prom sessions, not only would you get good quality pictures of you in your prom dress, but also have a wonderful time dancing and having fun while getting your pictures taken! I had a blast getting these pictures done, and the results were spectacular!
